Application Process
Applicants may visit the community in-person and schedule a tour and/or interview to review documents and determine eligibility.
Applicants must submit proof of household income, identification for all household members.
Required Documentation
- Completed application form
- Proof of household income (pay stubs, tax returns, benefit statements, asset income)
- Identification for all household members (driver's license, social security card, birth certificates)
Screening Process
Applications will be reviewed, and background and credit checks will be performed. Eligibility will be determined based on income, household composition, and other factors.
If no units are available, eligible applicants may remain on our interest list.
Application Fees
Applicants may be required to pay a fee for background and credit checks. All fees will be disclosed during the application process.
Notification of Eligibility
Applicants will be notified of their eligibility once all screenings are completed. If ineligible, the applicant will be informed, and information on the appeal process will be provided.

Application must be completed by pen, no white-out corrections will be accepted. One application must be submitted per adult.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
In order to expedite the processing of your application, please print and bring the following items to the interview:
1. $35.00 Money Order or Cashier’s Check for each adult household member
2. Social Security card(s) OR Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) for all household members.
3. Valid government-issued photo identification to verify identity for all adults.
4. Birth certificates for all minor household members (under 18 years of age).
5. If you are self-employed, provide tax returns for the last two years (2024 & 2023), including Schedule C or 1099 if you are an independent contractor; or proof of non-filing from the IRS for the above tax years (if you did not file taxes).
6. If you are employed, provide the last three (3) months of consecutive pay stubs. (Provide contact information for your employer’s Human Resources Department: phone, fax, email.)
7. If your total assets exceed $51,600, provide the following:
a. Current bank statements for any checking or savings accounts, as well as statements for all other financial accounts, including addresses and phone numbers for all institutions.
b. Last two receipts or check stubs from your retirement/pension plan.
c. The latest statement of 401K/IRA/Keogh or other retirement plan if you contribute or receive funds from such a plan.
d. Whole life insurance policy.
8. Current Social Security/SSI Award Letter or any other state income such as unemployment, disability, workers compensation, AFDC, etc., received by any household members, including addresses and phone numbers for all government agencies involved.
9. If you receive child support, provide the last three (3) months of consecutive child support payments.
10. If you are listed on a deed, provide the latest mortgage statement.
11. If you are a part-time or full-time student, provide the current school schedule and Financial Aid Award Letter.
Please note that all adult household members must be present at the interview.
If you find that you cannot keep your appointment with us, or if all household members are not available on the above scheduled date and time, please call (213) 596-0520 and speak with a leasing representative within at least 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you do not keep your appointment, we will assume you are no longer interested in an apartment and your interest will be cancelled.
