Application Process
Applicants may visit the community in-person and schedule a tour and/or interview to review documents and determine eligibilty.
Applicants must submit proof of household income, identification for all household members.

Screening Process
Applications will be reviewed, and background and credit checks will be performed. Eligibility will be determined based on income, household composition, and other factors.
If no units are available, eligible applicants may remain on our interest list.
Application Fees
Applicants may be required to pay a fee for background and credit checks. All fees will be disclosed during the application process.
Notification of Eligibility
Applicants will be notified of their eligibility once all screenings are completed. If ineligible, the applicant will be informed, and information on the appeal process will be provided.

Application must be completed by pen, no white-out corrections will be accepted. One Application must be submitted per adult.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION detailed
In order to expedite the processing of your application, please bring the following items to this interview:
1. $35.00 Money Order or Cashier’s Check for each adult household member
2. Social Security card(s) for all household members.
3. Original driver's licenses or state identification card to verify identity for all adults.
4. Birth certificates for all minor household members (under 18 years of age).
5. Tax returns and W2 Forms from last two years (2024 & 2023), including schedule C if self-employed or 1099 if you are an independent contractor; or proof of Non-Filing from the IRS for the above tax years (if you did not file taxes).
6. The last three (3) months of consecutive Pay Stubs, if you are employed.

7. The last 6 months of Bank Statements for any checking account; current bank statement for any savings accounts as well as passbooks or statements for all other bank and related financial accounts, including addresses and phone numbers for all institutions.
8. Last two receipts or check stubs from your retirement/pension plan.
9. The latest statement of 401K/IRA/Keough or other retirement plan if you contribute or receive funds from such a plan.
10. Current Social Security/SSI Award Letter or any other state income such as: unemployment, disability, workers compensation, AFDC, etc., received by any household members, including addresses and phone numbers for all government agencies involved.
11. The last three (3) months of consecutive Child Support Payments (if applicable).
12.Whole Life Insurance Policy (if applicable).
13.Rent receipts (or cancelled checks) for the last six months or Tenant Ledger.
14.Current rental agreement or lease (if applicable).
15. Latest Mortgage Statement (If applicable).
16.Current School Schedule and Financial Aid Award Letter (if applicable).
Please note that all adult household members must be present at the interview.
If you find that you cannot keep your appointment with us, or if all household members are not available on the above scheduled date and time, please call (213) 596-0520 and speak with a leasing representative, within at least 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you do not keep your appointment, we will assume you are no longer interested in an apartment and your interest will be cancelled.
